After dealing with a handful of health issues within our own family, we decided there had to be a better way to treat our body, mind and home. And so our journey began toward living a more intentional healthy life.   Step by step, we made changes in our daily living that brought us back to the more natural way of living,

and over time we have seen the rewards.
